Australian Animal Wildlife and Fauna Rescue of SA inc.

Fauna Rescue is the largest release group in South Australia.  It was
founded by a small group of dedicated people who started caring for wildlife
in 1988 and they officially became Fauna Rescue Of South Australia Inc in
1991.  Fauna Rescue is unique in that we handle ALL fauna native to South
Australia, including seals, possums, bats, kangaroos, all types of birds,
reptiles, echidnas etc.  The organisation has grown rapidly and now has
members all over the State. 

Aims:

To promote and support, care and rehabilitation for our native fauna.
To promote breeding programs that benefit our native fauna.
To release wildlife back into their natural environment, where possible.
To provide an advisory service for the public.
To educate the public on the care and survival of our native fauna.
To promote and uphold the regulations and laws that protect our native fauna.
